US Per Diem helps users look up GSA per diem rates, review lodging and M&IE amounts, favorite locations, and generate trip expense reports.

Information We Do Not Require

US Per Diem does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the App. The App does not collect or track your location.

Information We Collect and Use

The App may store preferences such as favorited locations and generated report inputs locally on your device so app features can work. The App uses Internet access to fetch per diem rate data and may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Usage Data and Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect Usage Data, including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type, operating system, approximate location, and information about your interaction with ads.

We do not have access to or control over all data collected by Google AdMob. Review Google's Privacy Policy for more information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Depending on your region, the App may show privacy choices or consent messages through Google User Messaging Platform before requesting ads.

Firebase Analytics

The App may use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, improve features, and measure performance. Analytics data may include device information, app interactions, and usage events collected by Firebase.

Permissions Required

Internet: Used to fetch the latest per diem rate data and advertising content.

Third-Party Libraries and Services

The App uses third-party libraries and services to provide functionality, including:

• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform.
• GSA data services for per diem rate information.
• AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, Retrofit, OkHttp, Hilt, Coil, Glide, and related app libraries.

Your Choices

• You can manage advertising consent choices where the App presents privacy options.
• You can clear local app data or uninstall the App to remove locally stored preferences.

Data Security

We value your trust and use commercially acceptable means of protecting information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
