Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the ISS Tracker mobile application (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of US Per Diem per device for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials except as permitted by app functionality.
• Use the materials for a commercial public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on another server.

Informational Data

The data provided by the Service, including per diem rates for lodging, meals, and incidental expenses, is sourced from the U.S. General Services Administration. This information is for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, visibility, or completeness of this information and are not liable for errors, omissions, or actions taken in reliance on it. Always verify current rates through the official GSA website.

Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The Service uses GSA data services, Google AdMob, and Google User Messaging Platform. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party services, websites, ad content, privacy policies, or practices.

No Affiliation

US Per Diem is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. General Services Administration or any government agency.

Disclaimer

The Service and materials within are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profit, business interruption, missed viewing opportunities, or similar damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, U.S., without regard to conflict of law provisions.
