Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the ISS Tracker mobile application (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of ISS Tracker per device for personal, non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials except as permitted by app functionality.
• Use the materials for a commercial public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on another server.

Informational Data

The data provided by the Service, including the location of the International Space Station, fly-over predictions, sky path information, maps, astronaut information, and related details, is sourced from third-party APIs or device services and is for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, visibility, or completeness of this information and are not liable for errors, omissions, or actions taken in reliance on it.

Third-Party Services and Advertisements

The Service uses third-party APIs, Google Maps, Google Play services, Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob, and Google User Messaging Platform. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party services, websites, ad content, privacy policies, or practices.

No Affiliation

ISS Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NASA, the International Space Station program, or any space agency unless expressly stated.

Disclaimer

The Service and materials within are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profit, business interruption, missed viewing opportunities, or similar damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, U.S., without regard to conflict of law provisions.
